We work with
  • Founders
  • Executive teams
  • Growth-stage companies
  • Mission-driven organizations

We keep the system in sync so leaders stay on the vision.

The work, built around the seat you need.

Operational clarity and momentum, as a full operating partner or embedded inside the team you have.

While the team is growing.

Structure, judgment, and follow-through until your own capacity catches up. The work is documented as it happens, so the handoff is real.

The seats

Inside the team you have.

We come in, learn how the business runs, and work from within it. Same standards, same rooms. We integrate without disrupting the day to day.

The approach

Four seats. One standard.

The title can flex. The standard stays the same: keep the important work moving.

One trusted point of contact for the whole bench. Priorities shaped, focus protected, the right decisions carried upward.

Ask about this seat

Rhythms, systems, vendors, hiring: the infrastructure that keeps the week moving.

Ask about this seat

Beside the founder: decks, investor communication, planning horizons, the people who need to stay aligned.

Ask about this seat

The details that make the rest possible: travel, inbox, scheduling, the hours that would otherwise disappear.

Ask about this seat

One trusted relationship. A coordinated bench behind it.

“People building something real should not have to choose between the scale of their vision and the support required to sustain it.”

Nothing is handed off. Work is delegated across the bench and returns through one trusted lead, measured against your standards before it reaches you.

The cadence we work to.

  1. Optimism with a spine. Lead with integrity and leave the room clearer than you found it.

  2. Start from the whole picture, then the detail. Protect what matters most.

  3. Ordered steps, named owners, practical follow-through.

  4. Trust is built in the strain. Even a miss becomes a lesson.

How it starts.

Five steps. No fixed shape up front.

  1. A conversation

What needs to move, and by when. You tell us the seat you have in mind, or we find it together.

  2. The seat

We agree the seat, the standard it is held to, and who on the bench sits behind it.

  3. A first phase

Scoped and dated. We take the seat, set the rhythms, and start carrying the work.

  4. Written down

Every rhythm and workflow is recorded as we go, in systems your team can see, so continuity never rests on one person.

  5. The shape flexes

The seat, the scope, and the bench adjust with the season. Nothing is fixed before the role has proven itself.

Questions, answered.

How the work runs, from the first conversation to the seat.

What does Coxie 360 do?

We run the operating layer of the business alongside the founder or decision-maker, so you can run the business. Coxie 360 is an industry-agnostic outsourced operations firm for every stage of business, from start-ups to large companies, with a heart for service and a particular focus on veterans and nonprofits.

Which seats do you fill?

Whatever seat you give us: Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, Strategic Assistance or Executive Assistance. The title can flex. The standard stays the same: keep the important work moving.

What does a Chief of Staff from Coxie 360 do?

One trusted point of contact for the whole bench. We shape priorities, protect your focus and carry the right decisions upward. We also take on what you should not handle directly, from sensitive tasks to early people issues before they escalate.

Do you replace my team or work inside it?

Either. We can provide full-scale operations while you are growing your team, or come in to learn your business and become an extension of the team you already have, so you can scale and grow to meet demand.

Do you do the work, or find the right person?

Both. We will either be the guy or find the guy. Sometimes that is a tool you need, sometimes it is a person, and a lot of times it is a combination of both.

Who do you work with?

Founders, executive teams and decision-makers at every stage, from start-ups to large, established companies and family offices, in any industry, with a particular heart for veterans and nonprofits.

How do you work with our systems?

We wrap ourselves around the systems you already use. Your work runs from an email inside your own domain, and every rhythm and workflow is recorded where your team can see it, so the knowledge stays with you and outlasts any one person in any role.

Who will I actually work with?

One trusted lead, with a coordinated bench behind them. Work is delegated across the bench and comes back through your lead, measured against your standards before it reaches you. We use AI where it helps, with a person in the loop on everything.

How does an engagement start?

With a conversation about what needs to move, and by when. Then discovery: what you already have, where the gaps are, and a timeline. We put the expectations in writing before anyone commits, followed by a master services agreement and a first statement of work for the seat. In the first weeks we often spend time onsite to learn the business and the team.

Do you work remotely or onsite?

Mostly remotely, and onsite when the work needs it: often a couple of days a week at the start of an engagement, plus board meetings and offsites. We are based in Texas and work in your channels, wherever your team is.

How is an engagement priced?

On value, not hours. Every engagement is scoped to you in its own statement of work. For early-stage companies we believe in, we can take on some risk up front in exchange for skin in the game on the back end.

What happens when our needs change?

The shape flexes. The seat, the scope and the bench adjust with the season, and each new scope gets its own statement of work. Nothing is fixed before the role has proven itself.

What if the person in the seat is unavailable?

Execution does not stall. Continuity never rests on one person: the work is recorded as we go, and a bench sits behind every seat.

Is our information kept confidential?

Yes, by default. We sign confidentiality before access, work under your brand and inside your domain, and keep client names private.
